And, now that the great weather has arrived, we have been able to put a few week’®s worth of grilling under our belts. Personally, I am back in the swing of things with my charcoal BBQ, and starting to get a feel for the warm and hot spots on the grill. For dinner tonight I am already planning on grilling some corn on the cob and some of those LiberTerre® Top Sirloin steaks.
A little trick I’ve learned, is wiping the grill down with limes – the acidity will help clean the grill and leave a great citrus flavor on your beef. I’m a traditional kind of guy and like to simply salt my beef with a course texture sea salt and a light sprinkle of our Vince’s Coterie Spice Rub. These two approaches can make anyone look like a pro!
Our Vince’s Coterie Spice Rub is a salt free blend of quality spices that is suited to beef, poultry, fish and ribs. When using on steak, let the rub sit with the product for at least 1 hour to allow for the spices to flavor the meat.
