Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item and receipt within 7 days for a refund or product exchange.*

Returns with a Receipt

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item and receipt within 7 days for a refund or product exchange.

Refunds will be issued in Canadian currency regardless of the method of payment on the original purchase.

Gift card purchases will be refunded to a non-denominational card if the value is greater than $10.00.

Returns without a Receipt

Provided that the product is unopened or unused, a product exchange will be offered at the same value as the original item.

Exceptions

The following items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange without a receipt. If these items are open, they will not be eligible for a refund or exchange even with a receipt:

• Batteries
• Baby Formula
• Razor Blades
• Books & Magazines are not eligible for refund or exchange with or without a receipt

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or product exchange on opened product and without proof of purchase.

Upon refund or exchange, your signature, name, address and phone number may be required for audit purposes. Proof of identification may also be required.

*It is preferable that product is returned to the store where purchased.

Canadian Scanning Code of Practice

If the scanned price of a non-price ticketed item is higher than the shelf price or any other displayed price, the customer is entitled to receive the first item free, up to a $10 maximum. If a Code of Practice problem cannot be resolved at the store level, please call 1-866-499-4599 to register your complaint.

All the information you provide to us is housed on a secured separately connected system from the rest of our company’s computer infrastructure and is kept strictly confidential.
