The Vince’s Advantage Rewards program is an app-based program, meaning to participate, a customer must use a mobile phone with the Vince’s Advantage Reward app installed on their device and logged into their account.
Customers can download the app in both the Apple Store and the Google Play Store. To locate the app, please visit the program website and select one of the two app stores or go to the app store and search by Vince’s Advantage Rewards.
Upon downloading the app, customers are required to create a unique account. Signup is generally straightforward.
Family members can link accounts to earn rewards faster.
There can only be one primary account member after linking accounts.
To link accounts, customers will go to the PROFILE menu in the app, then select LINKED CARDS, and then select the LINK CARD button. The camera on their device will open and the QR code of the secondary member(s) card will be scanned.
Within the app in the PROFILE menu, customers can update all of their preferences, including changing their password, email address, notification settings, etc.
The app allows customers to receive electronic receipts in lieu of paper receipts. When joining the program the option to select electronic receipts is made available. To update this preference, members will go to the PROFILE menu, then to NOTIFICATION SETTING where they will locate the menu option called TILL RECEIPTS and either select or deselect the button so this is in the ON or OFF position. If TILL RECEIPTS is ON, then the member is opting for a paper receipt at the till and not an electronic receipt.
The member’s loyalty card is located in the app and has the option to be added to the customer’s mobile wallet for easy access.
There is not an option for a physical card.
The loyalty card (QR) must be presented for the customer to receive the promotions associated with the Advantage Rewards program.
