Don’t throw away the seeds! When carving your festive pumpkin, save the seeds. Here is the easiest way to make this nutritious and delicious snack.
- Wash seeds immediately under cold water.
- Place on a baking sheet with 1 tbsp olive oil, mix to coat well.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and roast at 325 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, check periodically to make sure they don’t burn.
