A Store Picker will be assigned to your order and prior to picking for your order, you will be called to confirm the order, make additions or deletions, and to obtain your payment information.
As you will have your entire order confirmed prior to picking, you will have the opportunity to make any additions when your order is next in line.
Please refrain from emailing or phoning in to add additional items, as we are not able to make notations to your orders until it is time for our store shopper to pick your order. You will have the opportunity at that time. We have found this the most efficient method to ensuring order accuracy.
Once your order is submitted online it has been received and is in priority first come, first served sequence.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you placed your order more than 96 hours ago and have not received a call from your Store Picker and our Customer Service team can support you with your status.
