IN STORE REFUND POLICY
We are confident you will enjoy everything you purchase at Vince’s Market. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item, with proof of purchase, to receive a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Returns will be issued in the method of payment on the original purchase. (Visa, Mastercard etc.)
Return without Receipt:
Refunds will not be offered on products being returned without a receipt. We will gladly offer you an exchange of equal or lesser value. If a customer wishes a gift card in lieu of exchange, they must contact our Customer Support Team by email at vinces@vincesmarket.com with the details.

Are deemed final sale and non-refundable, even with a receipt. Some exceptions may apply.

Platter Cancellation Policy
While we can appreciate unforeseeable circumstances, please note that cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance of your pick up or delivery time.
Failure to notify us prior to 48 hours of your pick up or delivery time may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your total order.
Each unique situation will be considered at the time of cancellation prior to applying the cancellation fee and consideration will be given to extenuating circumstances.
Prepared Foods
Our Kitchen-made meals are prepared fresh in-store. Vince’s Market does not gas-inject fresh packaged meals, so it is not uncommon to see “best before” dates as early as the day of or the day after delivery.
