RETURN POLICY For In-Store Purchases
We are confident you will love everything you buy at Vince’s Market. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item with your receipt to receive a full refund or exchange. Refunds will not be offered on products being returned without a receipt. We will gladly offer you an exchange of equal or lesser value.
RETURN POLICY For Online Purchases
Our delivery team will review your order with you to make sure everything is perfect on arrival. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item you receive, let your delivery team member know during delivery and they’ll take the item back and arrange for a credit to your account. If you notice a concern after your driver has left, please call or email our Customer Care team about any order issues within seven days of the day on which the item was (or was to be) delivered. We can arrange for a credit to your account and pick up of the item, if required.
Platter Cancellation Policy
While we can appreciate unforeseeable circumstances, please note that cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance of your pick up or delivery time.
Failure to notify us prior to 24 hours of your pick up or delivery time may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your total order.
Each unique situation will be considered at the time of cancellation prior to applying the cancellation fee and consideration will be given to extenuating circumstances.

Our Kitchen-made meals are prepared fresh in-store. Vince’s Market does not gas-inject fresh packaged meals, so it is not uncommon to see “best before” dates as early as the day of or day after delivery.
