Vince’s Advantage Rewards Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to anyone who has activated and used a Vince’s  ADVANTAGE REWARDS digital ADVANTAGE REWARDS loyalty card.

1. The Vince’s  ADVANTAGE REWARDS  Program (the “Program”) was developed as a program for customers who make eligible purchases (as described herein) at all Vince’s Market locations.

2. The Program is open to all residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority at the date of enrollment.

3. To participate in the Program, a customer must complete, to Vince’s satisfaction, a Program registration on-line within the Vince’s Advantage Rewards application. Upon satisfactory completion of enrollment, a membership number will be assigned to the Vince’s ADVANTAGE REWARDS digital loyalty card.

4. Only one Vince’s  ADVANTAGE REWARDS digital loyalty card registration number per person.

5. Vince’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse the issuance of a Vince’s  ADVANTAGE REWARDS membership to any customer who does not appear to follow the prescribed enrollment procedures or misrepresents him or herself to Vince’s .

6. Vince’s  ADVANTAGE REWARDS  Card participants should advise Vince’s immediately of any changes to personal information such as name, address and/or telephone number by updating their profile within the ADVANTAGE REWARDS app.

7. Vince’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the items/services considered to be eligible purchases for the purpose of the Program at any time.

8. In the event that eligible member offers do not apply on a customer receipt due to technical difficulty or otherwise, Vince’s  will use its best efforts to ensure that the customer is made whole as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Returns and/or exchanges will be honoured according to the Vince’s refund policy. 

10. Eligible Rewards are non-transferable and non-assignable.

11. Vince’s  is not responsible for any lost or unauthorized use of the Vince’s  ADVANTAGE REWARDS member rewards.

12. Coupons, Eligible Purchases and other rewards that may have been issued or awarded in connection with the Program may not be combined with any other Vince’s offer or promotion.

13. Reward offers may be redeemed at Vince’s. Participant’s ADVANTAGE REWARDS  digital loyalty card must be successfully registered, and the account must be in good standing prior to receiving rewards and members must verify their identity if asked to do so. 

14. Vince’s makes no claims regarding the availability of any reward, and assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, defect, injury, death or expense relating to any rewards. Availability of some rewards may be limited and depending on the reward, there may be an advance reservation requirement.

15. Vince’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the items/services considered to be eligible for rewards for the purpose of the Program at any time.

16. The Vince’s ADVANTAGE REWARDS offers and promotions are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be sold or purchased.

17. In accordance with Federal and Provincial taxation laws, customers registered for the Longo’s ADVANTAGE REWARDS  Program must pay all applicable taxes. Vince’s is not liable for any tax consequences which may flow from any participation in the program. 

General Information

18. By using the Vince’s  ADVANTAGE REWARDS digital loyalty card you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with Vince’s  privacy policy and statement, a full copy of which can be obtained by visiting Vince’s website at www.vincesmarket.ca.

19. Vince’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend or otherwise alter any aspect of the Vince’s  ADVANTAGE REWARDS  Program, with or without notice. In the event of a discontinuance of the Program, Vince’s  will provide at least 30 days’ notice (to be provided at Vince’s  locations, on our websites, or through other communications to Program members, including via email). 

20. Any abuse by a participant of the Program’s privileges, failure by a participant to follow the Term and Conditions herein, or any misrepresentation by a participant may, at Vince’s  sole discretion, subject the participant to expulsion from the Program, including forfeiture of all Eligible offers and promotions.

21. Upon suspension or termination of the Program for any reason whatsoever, Vince’s  will have no liability therefore to any Participant and is automatically released from all participant claims in respect of such suspension, termination, forfeiture of Vince’s  ADVANTAGE REWARDS  accumulated  offers and promotions.

22. Vince’s is not responsible for any errors or omissions with regard to the Program.

23. Any unauthorized reproduction of the Vince’s  ADVANTAGE REWARDS  digital loyalty card or key tags may lead to legal prosecution and forfeiture of all program rewards and membership in the program.

31. The Vince’s  ADVANTAGE REWARDS  digital loyalty card is not a credit card or a gift card. The Vince’s  ADVANTAGE REWARDS  digital loyalty card is the property of Vince’s  and it may be revoked at any time by Vince’s  at its sole discretion.

32. Any reference herein to Vince’s refers to Vince’s Market Group Ltd.
