Just thought you should know that when I clicked on the map for the Uxbridge store location it took me to map quest and the directions were for your Bloor Street store.

I am very dissapointed that you have discontinued the Boulart Baguettes. I am in Uxbridge and this was the main reason I would stop in at the store. Big mistake in my mind.

We were having difficulty with logistics on the Boulart product and we have replaced it with a line called Au Pain D’Ore which is fantastic.

Thanks for answering my previous post about the flyer.
I’ve since asked the people at the store and they say that not all of the specials apply at their location.
I’m sure I’m not alone in wishing that you’d either have a dedicated flyer for your Bloor St. location or guaranty all of the prices from one of your flyers.
Is a flyer in the works? If so, how soon?

Attention of Brian.
I have been shopping at Vinces since it was alittle wooden hut! I live just along Mount Albert Road and visit at least 4 times a week.
I wish to protest at the decision to make the South entrance,’entrance only’. It is basically cutting off a great deal of the parking lot and causing a lot of seniors who try to patk close to the entrance to have to walk out the northern entrance and then struggle with their groceries in the present winter weather to their cars.
It is inconvenient, unfathomable and significantly reduces the pleasure of shopping at Vinces.
I was in today and because of this policy I saw at least three couples in their seventies having to turn back then push their trolleys through the snow and slush to their cars.
Please reassess this policy.

Hello Shirley. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This was a browser issue and was only a problem on Internet Explorer. The flyers displayed fine in Firefox. The problem has been resolved.

Yes we do have catering out of our Newmarket location. You may check online to view your different options, or further, there is a brochure in store, that you can pick up. They are available at the bakery, deli, or front end.

Imagine my surprise and joy when I went shopping in the Uxbridge store and found that you stock Yorkshire Tea! Not just the red box but the gold as well! I hope that this continues as I rarely drink any other tea and have been paying horrendous shipping charges to get my fix. Thank you for making this expat Brit a very happy man!

Amazing store… we are very very pleased with the high quality products you carry. I must say, though, Keith’s comments are exactly the problem with the Sharon location. I’m sure you have valid reasons to make one side of the store ‘entrance only’ however it is very inconvenient. I’m in there often and hear frustrated customers every time I’m at the cash.

Hi Jason, thanks so much for your comment. We understand that this is an issue for our clientele and it was with a heavy heart that we had to institute this policy. The reality of the situation is that we have some visitors to our stores who have not been as respectful of our assets as we need them to be. It is sad that a small number of people can spoil the experience for many. I hope you can understand and we very much value your patronage.

They are amazing! They have to be the most underrated local produce people get excited about. Strawberries, Asparagus, and Corn are usually top of the list, but I think they deserve an honourable mention!

Very sad and disappointed to learn that you have closed the Bloor St. West shop. We visited your grocery store on almost a daily basis and loved the products, especially the Vince’s Own and prepared foods as well as the fresh produce and bakery. It was a great addition to the neighbourhood and will be missed.

I live around the corner from the shop on bloor st w. I had been in there right before it closed down. the guys told me it was for improvements and reno’s. But i just read krista’s comment. is the store going to stay closed?

The Bloor St. store was recently sold to another company. We were advised they would be adjusting the offerings and would be closed for renovations. Unfortunately we cannot say when they will re-open as we are no longer involved with the operation of the Bloor location. Sorry we cannot be of more help at this time. We sincerely hope for the community that the new owners will re-open in a quick and timely manner.

I am disappointed to learn that the Etobicoke store closed down. I used it all the time – I thought business would be pretty good there. I gave you the store a great review on my community food blog a couple years ago. I hope the new owners will do it up proper.

I grew in Newmarket and spent much time at your Mount Albert location and then eventually your Newmarket location. I moved to the Kingsway area a few years ago and I was elated to find a Vince’s around the corner! Now I am very sad to notice that Vince’s on Bloor Street has closed down. I was under the impression that it was undergoing renovations but I see from the above postings that this is not so. I really hope that you will consider looking for another location in and around the area (somewhere with less leasing costs) so that the many of us in the Kingsway/Etobicoke area can continue to enjoy your fresh baked goods, prepared meals and other offerings. Please do consider it!
