Smoked Chicken, Mortadella, Genoa Salami, and Prosciutto with provolone and spring mix on Artisan Buns. Sandwiches are dressed with basil pesto, Kalamata pesto, or sundried tomato tapenade. Spicy Antipasto Spread included on the side.

We use real cheese containing no modified milk ingredients in our platters and salads

Disclaimer: Due to health considerations we can no longer mix standard recipe and gluten free recipe sandwiches and wraps on a single platter. If you require gluten free options for your guests, you will need to order a separate platter. If there is not a gluten free option listed, we have been unable top adapt that platter to provide a quality gluten free option.
