Roasted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 fillet of Salmon (1 ½ pounds)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp dried dill
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh lemon wedges, fresh dill to garnish

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
  2. Place salmon on a large piece of foil paper (large enough to fold over the salmon, it is optional to remove the skin from the Salmon before the seasoning).
  3. Season the salmon with half of the salt, dill, lemon juice
  4. Turn the salmon and season with the remaining salt, dill and lemon juice
  5. Wrap the salmon in the foil paper and place in a baking tray
  6. Bake the salmon for 20-30 minutes until the Salmon is opaque and flaky.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh dill.
