Mango Jicama Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 navel orange
  • ½ medium jicama
  • A handful of cilantro, washed
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pinch of cayenne

*It is a versatile dish. It can be served as a salad, but we love it as a salsa to use when we serve black beans quesadillas.

Method

  1. Prepare diced mango into ¼ “ cubes and place in a medium bowl.
  2. Repeat with the jicama and orange
  3. Chop rinse cilantro and ass to the bowl
  4. Add lime juice and cayenne and stir to combine
