Easy Blender Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- ¼ cup red onions
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ⅓ cup fresh chopped basil
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Cut the tomatoes in half and scoop out seeds. Try to get all the watery seed parts out. Add the tomatoes in food processor
- Top with red onion, garlic, olive oil, basil, salt and pepper and pulse until evenly combined to your desirable consistency.
- Transfer to a jar and refrigerate at least half an hour before serving.
