Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted, should be hot)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Add egg yolks, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and salt to the blend and blend for 30 seconds on medium speed.
  2. Slowly pour hot, melted butter to the blender, running at low to medium speed until the butter is fully incorporated.
  3. Pour the sauce in a bowl and serve warm.
