Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted, should be hot)
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Method
- Add egg yolks, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and salt to the blend and blend for 30 seconds on medium speed.
- Slowly pour hot, melted butter to the blender, running at low to medium speed until the butter is fully incorporated.
- Pour the sauce in a bowl and serve warm.
