Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs large
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups zucchini very finely grated, (around 2-3 zucchini)
- 1 & ¼ cup semi sweet chocolate chips divided

Method
- Preheat oven to 350° F and grease a 8×5” bread pan.
- Combine all dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt) except sugar and set side.
- In another bowl, whisk the oil, sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and sugar.
- Add the zucchini to the wet mixture.
- Pour the wet ingredients and 1 cups of the chocolate chips into the dry ingredients, and combine.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 °F or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
