Grilled pineapple rings: the ideal blend of savoury and sweet
Start by peeling, coring, and cutting a fresh pineapple into rings. Or purchase our cored pineapple, and save the mess! Melted butter lends richness and moisture. Honey adds a subtle sweetness. A dash of hot sauce (or BBQ sauce) heats things up, and a pinch of salt enhances the overall flavour. Grill the rings on each side for two to three minutes – and voila!
