Pickled Canadian Pasta Salad:
- Egg Noodles
- Red Bell Pepper (1)
- Cooked Ham (cut into chunks)
- Sour Cream (Sheldon Creek)
- Red Onion (1)
- Fresh Dill (to taste)
- Havarti Cheese (Dill) from Castello brand
- French Onion Dip Mix (Club House) – 1 pack
- Mayo (Miracle Whip) – as desired
- Hard Boiled Eggs (2)
- Full Sour Dill Pickles (Pickled Canadian)
Directions:
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions and let them cool.
- Dice the red bell pepper, cooked ham, and red onion.
