A Sneak Peek at What’s New at Vince’s for 2024
2024 will be a big year for Vince’s. We’ll be celebrating 25 years in Newmarket, 15 years in Uxbridge, and five years at our flagship store in Sharon – although that location (in the old building) has been around much longer!
All of which means we’ll be featuring a variety of anniversary-themed activities throughout the year. We’ll keep you posted as we get closer to the dates, although I can reveal that our big anniversary flyer will be in early April. Stay tuned.
Like the previous few years, 2023 was not without its challenges. Many of these were related to affordability (and not so much about COVID), and it has caused us to pivot yet again. Sure, we’ll continue to focus on our strengths – which is our award-winning produce and other fresh items – but we’ll be adding a new program to our mix.
We will be introducing “door crasher” specials on the front page of our flyer. This, of course, speaks to affordability, and these will be in-demand items that offer substantial savings – each for a limited time.
Also new will be our 2024 recipient for the Community Product Initiative (CPI). Toonies for Tummies – a Grocery Foundation program that helps ensure that school children (who may otherwise go hungry) get a good start to the day – will benefit from this yearlong campaign. CPI has raised more than $130K since 2018 for several life-changing organizations, and we look forward to making a significant donation to TFT at the end of 2024.
In early January, we will also be making an announcement on the funds raised for our 2023 CPI recipient: Community & Home Assistance to Seniors (CHATS). More news to come…
We will be continuing our Fresh Experiences in-store sampling program, giving customers the opportunity to nibble on unique cheeses, sample dips and oils, and enjoy a taste of items they may not otherwise place in their shopping carts. Also returning are our Vince’s at Home videos. These deliver a variety of recipes, product demos, and other food experiences in a lively and entertaining way with our hosts Giancarlo and Mallory. You will continue to find these in our weekly newsletters and on our social media channels.
There will be even more announcements as we progress in 2024, but in the meantime, we wish you a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year!
