Class, Event and Room Rental Cancellation/Refunds Policy
Cancellations for a full refund are available up to 7 days before the class or event begins. To cancel your participation in a class or event, please email us at events@vincesmarket.com
Cancellations for a 50% refund are available up to 72 hours before the class or event begins. To cancel your participation in a class or event, please email us at events@vincesmarket.com.
If you miss a class or event or are looking to cancel your participation after the 72 hour window has passed, a refund will not be provided.
Vince’s reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. If Vince’s cancels a class, you’ll be notified by email and your payment method will be refunded in full.

Refunds can take up to 5 business days to be processed and received.
Registration and Payment
Registration is primarily available on the Vince’s website. Space is limited, book early to secure your spot and arrive early as seating is first come first serve. Payment must be made in advance online by major credit cards.For those customers that require assistance with registration, please contact us at events@vincesmarket.com with your full contact information and event details.
Allergies
The Community Room/Kitchen is not an allergy or peanut free area. If you have any specific questions around allergies, please contact us at events@vincesmarket.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Room Rentals
The Community Room/Kitchen is available as a room rental. It is best used for meetings, private parties, fitness activity classes or other approved events. No alcohol or cannabis consumption is permitted in the space. No animals aside from service animals are allowed in the space. The tables must remain where they have been originally set up. Please do not move tables around the space.
Any outside items or decor must be removed before leaving the space at the end of your event. We ask you not to use any fixings or tape of any kind on the walls. If the room is not left as it was received a $500 cleaning fee will be charged. If you prefer to have our team clean the space after your event, we charge a $75/hr cleaning fee – please request this in your coordination with our team.
If you require a Vince’s team member present during your rental time, there is an additional fee
Vince’s Hosted Events
Vince’s Hosted Events are co-hosted with local vendors to provide the community with workshops, tastings and other enjoyable activities to participate in.
Our events will be for children and/or adults depending on the occasion. Any participant attending will be accompanied by Vince’s Team Members and the co-host, however all participants are required to review and sign a Registration, Liability and Waiver Form.
Vince’s Cooking Classes
Our In-store Cooking Classes for Kids (recommended for ages 6 and above) are children drop off classes. Classes involve cooking with kitchen equipment, appliances, and tools. Children attending the class will be supervised by one or more Vince’s Team Members. Before dropping off your child at the class, you will be required to review and sign a Release of Liability and Waiver Form.
Our In-store Cooking Classes for Adults involved cooking with kitchen equipment, appliances, and tools. Adults attending the class will be accompanied by Vince’s Team Members, however all participants are required to review and sign a Liability and Waiver Form.
Alcohol Consumption Policy
Vince’s Market aims to enforce responsible alcohol consumption and ensure the safety and well-being of the guests using our Community Room space, while complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption.
Guests must be 19 years or older to consume alcohol at any event or function hosted in our space. Alcohol consumption is strictly voluntary and should never be encouraged. Alcohol beverages should never be served to anyone who appears to be intoxicated. At all events, non-alcoholic beverages and food are readily available.
All alcohol must be served by a Smart Served employee of Vince’s Market. Alcoholic beverages should be served in a sample or standard drink size. The host of any event or function must ensure that there is adequate supervision and that all applicable laws and regulations are followed. If alcohol is served, there will be an additional fee for the application for an SOP (Special Occasions Permit). The host of any event or function must ensure all guests have a safe means of transportation to and from the event or function.
Terms & Conditions
Vince’s Market reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace the above policy at any time without notice. If our Alcohol Consumption Policy is not adhered to you will be asked to leave and no refunds will be provided.
