Black Beans Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 can of black beans (13-15 ounces)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup of shredded cheese, optional
- 2 pitas
Method
- Combine the beans, garlic, cumin lime juice, cilantro and salt & pepper in a bowl.
- Cut the pitas in half (so that each pita is a half circle) and add the bean mixture evenly into each pita pocket
- If using cheese, add the shredded cheese on the top of the bean mixture in the pita
- Warm up the pita pockets in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until the cheese is melted.
