Easy Blender Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • ¼ cup red onions
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ⅓ cup fresh chopped basil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1.  Cut the tomatoes in half and scoop out seeds. Try to get all the watery seed parts out. Add the tomatoes in food processor 
  2.  Top with red onion, garlic, olive oil, basil, salt and pepper and pulse until evenly combined to your desirable consistency. 
  3.  Transfer to a jar and refrigerate at least half an hour before serving.
