Homemade Cheeseburgers

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 4 buns
- toppings – 4 slices of favorite cheese, red onion, tomato
Method
- Add ground turkey, bbq sauce, clove, paprika, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, pepper and fresh parsley in a big bowl. Mix together until evenly combined. Divide the mix into 4 patties.
- Spray the skillet with cooking spray. Add patties and cook for 5-7 min per side or until cooked through.
- Just before burgers are all done, add a slice of your favourite cheese on top of each patty.
- Cut the bun in half, add mayonnaise, cheeseburger, tomato, red onion and lettuce, or any of your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
