Homemade Cheeseburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 4 buns
  • toppings – 4 slices of favorite cheese, red onion, tomato

Method

  1. Add ground turkey, bbq sauce, clove, paprika, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, pepper and fresh parsley in a big bowl. Mix together until evenly combined. Divide the mix into 4 patties.
  2. Spray the skillet with cooking spray. Add patties and cook for 5-7 min per side or until cooked through.
  3. Just before burgers are all done, add a slice of your favourite cheese on top of each patty.
  4. Cut the bun in half, add mayonnaise, cheeseburger, tomato, red onion and lettuce, or any of your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
