Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 1 tbsp liquid or coconut amino or soy sauce
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- ground pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat in a pan.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add wine, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, herbs, salt, and pepper to the mushrooms and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Keep stirring until mushrooms caramelize slightly and are tender and the liquid is also cooked out.
- Turn off the heat and add lemon juice and mix.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
