We suggest booking your space as soon as possible if the event is within the calendar year. When ready to book, please complete the application request form on our website or email events@vincesmarket.com.
All payments are handled securely via PayPal. Payment is made by credit card at the time of booking through our booking system TidyCal.
We accept all major credit cards. Payment is made online through our booking system below or over the phone directly with our events team.
Cancellations for a full refund are available up to 7 days before the day of your event. To cancel please email us at events@vincesmarket.com.
Cancellations for a 50% refund are available up to 72 hours before the day of your event. To cancel, please email us at events@vincesmarket.com.
If you do not attend, a refund will not be provided.
Cancellations must be made through e-mail – any voicemail that is left will be not an accepted form of cancellation.

Yes. The room is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave and sink. Cutlery, glassware and serving utensils are available. If these are being used, they must be loaded into the dishwasher before leaving the event space, leave the dishwasher off.
Any food preparation is able to be done in our kitchen – we appreciate that you do not use any food colouring or materials that can stain.

No cannabis consumption is permitted in the space. Alcohol consumption must be approved and over seen by a Vince’s Smart Served Employee with a proper permit.
Monday to Saturday our space is available for rent from 8am to 8pm.
On Sundays, our space is available from 8am to 7pm
Yes – an elevator is available with a Vince’s team member assisting. The elevator is designated for individuals with mobility concerns, including but not limited to individuals who use wheelchairs, walkers, canes, crutches, or have other mobility limitations.

The tables are round with a diameter of 45” and a height of 30”.
Each table is set with 4 chairs, extra chairs are available upon request. Our kitchen island has an additional 6 stools.
Yes. A full washroom is available in our event space.
The event space comfortably seats 21 guests and has a capacity to hold 35 guests with standing space.
A company renting our space must provide a certificate of insurance. Our events team will follow up with further detail once you have made your booking.
Renters are expected to leave the facility in the same manner in which they found it. Persons who rent the room, will be responsible for any lost or damaged items. If the room is not left in which it is found, a room cleaning fee may apply. If any policy is not adhered to you will be asked to leave and no refunds will be provided. Any damages to the room or furniture in the room, including the sign cover, may result in a fee to replace the item.
