At Vince’s, we are proud to have two team members who are also sisters. Debbie and Phyllis have been with us for a combined 49 years, and they both play important roles in our organization.
Debbie has been with our company for 30 years. During that time, she has worked her way up to becoming a vital member of our management team. Her dedication, hard work, and leadership skills have been instrumental in helping us achieve our goals and objectives.
Debbie is responsible for overseeing a wide range of activities. She is involved in everything from strategic planning and business development to employee training and mentoring. Debbie’s expertise and experience have been invaluable in helping us navigate the challenges of today’s business environment. In addition to her role as a manager, Debbie is also a great team player. She works collaboratively with her colleagues to ensure that our company is always moving forward.
Phyllis has been with us for 19 years, and is our company’s controller. In this role, she is responsible for managing our financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Phyllis’s expertise in financial management and her attention to detail have been critical in helping us maintain financial stability and achieve our goals.
Like her sister, Phyllis is also a great team player. She works closely with her colleagues to ensure that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her dedication to her work and willingness to help others have made her an invaluable member of our team.
